I have two categories for cookie requests, Custom Decorated Cookies and Printed Business Logos/Photos. Due to the nature and time constraints of hand-crafted decorated cookies, only the dates and times listed on the order forms are available. Sometimes, availability can change faster than I can update the website and order form.

**NEW for 2025** I’m excited to announce a small change for custom ordering! Instead of keeping my calendar open for the entire year, I will now offer custom ordering dates approximately three months out. This change will help me balance work and home life while also aiming to reduce advance booking times for your custom cookie orders. If your desired date is further out than three months, please message me at cookiesandmorebylisa@yahoo.com.

2. Review the appropriate price list. The first section is for custom decorated cookies. The second is for Printed Business Logo cookies only. If you still have any questions, please ask. 

3. Complete the order request for the category that fits your needs. Using the wrong form can result in delays and incorrect quotes. Double check your contact information.

4. Once I receive your details, I will send you a quote to the email you provided within

1-3 days. Though I have not missed a request in the past, glitches can happen. If you do not receive the quote by day 3 end of business (5 pm), first check your spam folder and then reach out. School and work emails tend to send business email to spam folders. I can not override this.

A paid order is a booked order. NO exceptions!
