As this family favorite requires a significant amount of time to make, it is only available for pick-up on specific dates for a fresh loaf. However, potica freezes great, and if you will be freezing it for the holidays, I will wrap twice just like Grandma used to do it. Thawing instructions included. Half loaf is a bit over one pound.
